Hatcher Creek is a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet, and an additional $150 for the second. The pet rent is $25 monthly. Maximum 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions apply. Pets must be registered with the office, and vet records provided to be kept on file.
